Generate one homeowner conversation — and there may be multiple ways for that opportunity to create value.
Not a Realtor? You can still participate as a Lead Dog Influencer and earn from eligible sold leads.
SELL LEADS TO INVESTORS
Generate a qualified homeowner lead and Lead Dog can route it to the highest-paying eligible Investor in that county. The Investor purchases the lead whether or not they ultimately purchase the property. The originating Influencer receives their applicable share of the sold-lead revenue.
You created the opportunity. The Investor buys the lead.

EARN REFERRAL INCOME
If the Investor opportunity does not result in a purchase and the homeowner decides to sell traditionally, the local Area Manager may list the property. If the originating Influencer is an appropriately licensed Realtor, they may participate in the applicable brokerage-approved referral compensation.
The same homeowner lead may create a second earning opportunity.
Real estate referral compensation is available only to appropriately licensed real estate professionals and is subject to brokerage approval and applicable law.

Do Realtors have additional earning opportunities?
Yes. Licensed Realtors may have additional opportunities involving eligible real estate referrals, listings, and Area Manager roles, subject to brokerage approval and applicable law.
Can an unlicensed Influencer receive a real estate referral commission?
No. Unlicensed Influencers may be paid through approved lead-sale or marketing compensation, but they cannot receive real estate referral commissions.
Do I have to join AXEN Realty?
